How to use this eyeliner? First, vigorously shake your dip in liner bottle to get a more homogeneous liquid texture. Try to draw an entire line from the end of your eye to the corner in one go. If drawing a continuous line is difficult, try drawing tiny lines, like dashes, then connect them to form the perfect line.
